Where It All Started
Lance and Francisco started Urban Restoration Group with a dream to do better. Better for clients. Better for crews. Better for the industry. What began as a simple idea, to deliver high quality work without cutting corners, quickly grew into a company built on trust, consistency, and pride in a job well done. They did not set out to be the biggest name in siding and roofing. They set out to be the most reliable. Years later, that mindset still guides every project.

Right after you reach out to us, we get to work.
Our first step is making sure we're the right fit for your company and the project. From there, we’ll work with you to gather all the necessary documentation to keep the process smooth and efficient.
Once everything is in place, our team of estimators uses industry-leading software to prepare the most accurate bid possible. That bid is then reviewed and refined by our proposal team before being sent up the chain for final approval.
When approved, the finalized bid is delivered to you for review. At that point, you can either accept or decline the proposal. If accepted, we move into the next stage—our construction phase.

Once the bid is accepted, our construction phase begins with a detailed pre-job walkthrough. This allows our team to confirm all materials, scheduling, and site logistics are aligned and ready. From there, we coordinate with your team to establish clear timelines and communication checkpoints.
Our crews show up prepared, professional, and focused. We prioritize safety, precision, and minimal disruption to your operations while we work. Throughout construction, your project manager stays in close contact to provide updates, address questions, and ensure everything is progressing as planned.
When work wraps up, we complete a final inspection to confirm the job meets our standards—and yours. Our goal is not just to finish the project, but to leave you with confidence in the work and pride in the results

Every project ends with the same goal in mind—leave the site better than we found it and make sure the work stands the test of time.
Once construction is complete, we perform a final walk-through with your team to ensure every detail matches the agreed scope. We take this step seriously because it's not just about meeting expectations—it’s about exceeding them.
Any outstanding items are addressed promptly, and once everything is confirmed, we close out the project with full documentation, including any maintenance recommendations where applicable.
Even after completion, we remain available for questions, support, and follow-up. Our relationship doesn’t end when the tools are packed up—it continues through the trust we’ve built and the quality we’ve delivered.
